Wallself Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wallself, operated by Gökhan Güzel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Wallself mobile application (the "App"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Wallself. By using the App you represent that you are 16 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile phone number and an SMS verification code. You are responsible for keeping your phone number, SIM, and device secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or entity.
You may delete your account at any time in the App (Settings). Deletion permanently removes your profile and content as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your content and license to us

You keep ownership of the content you create on Wallself — posts, stories, walls, comments, notes, chat messages, photos, and videos ("User Content").
So that we can operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, create thumbnails or previews), publish, display, and distribute your User Content within and for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except (a) content already shared with or re-shared by others to the extent it remains in their conversations or feeds, and (b) copies we must retain for legal or safety reasons for a limited time.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, pornographic, sexually exploitative (particularly of minors), or that incites violence;
infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
impersonate others, spam, scam, or engage in fraudulent or misleading activity;
attempt to access other users' accounts or data, probe or circumvent our security or access rules, or interfere with the service (including scraping and automated bulk access);
upload malware or use the App to distribute harmful code;
use the App if you are under 16.

6. Safety, moderation, and termination

You can block other users and report content or accounts directly in the App. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.
Content bans and account bans may be appealed through the in-app appeal process; we will review appeals and make a final decision at our reasonable discretion.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, or discontinue the service in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary (including for legal reasons, security, or abuse). Where practicable we will give you notice.

7. Premium subscription

Wallself offers an optional auto-renewing monthly Premium subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the store at the time of purchase.
Billing and renewal are handled entirely by the store: the subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the App or your Wallself account does not by itself cancel the subscription.
Refunds are governed by the store's refund policies; payment disputes should be directed to Apple or Google as applicable.
We may change Premium features or pricing prospectively; store rules on price-change consent apply.

8. Games

The App includes offline and online mini-games provided for entertainment only. Game progress and scores have no monetary value and may be reset or changed. Online game sessions depend on network conditions and may be interrupted.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, graphics, and trademarks (excluding User Content), belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content posted by users is accurate or lawful. User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who posted it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim and (b) an amount equal to one month's Premium subscription fee. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your User Content or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; for material changes we will notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
